This web site is to help keep our friends from West Michigan and others updated on what is happening with our club here in The Villages.
The idea for the "Shoreliners" orignated by Jack Bosch and Jeanne Willette. Both of Grand Haven/Spring Lake area in the summer of 2006. The idea came at Tanglefoot RV Park in Spring Lake, Michigan. They thought of a club in The Villages for people who live and play along Lake Michigan would be a perfect alternative to the larger Michigan Club. The main goal of each meeting would always be to allow conversation and time to get acquainted.
As a social club, it has grown with members from up and down the shoreline, and has expanded to include members from locations inland as far as US-131. The club is open to all West Michigan residents, anyone with ties to West Michigan, and those that have relocated to The Villages, including seasonal friends that join us through the winter months.
The club meets on the second Saturday of the month at the Hibiscus Recreation Center. Meetings start at 6:00 PM. Annual dues of $5.00 per person are collected to help cover activities and expenses.
